[内容简介] 农民工的社会融合是中国工业化和城市化进程中的一个重要的社会经济问题。利用X市调查数据,本书分析了农民工社会融合的现状、影响因素和后果。本书对农民工社会融合的概念进行了界定,建立了分析框架并实现本土化操作,厘清了农民工社会融合的现状。引入移民居民网络视角,本书进一步分析了农民工-市民网络对农民工社会融合的影响作用。在后果分析中,本书研究了社会融合与农民工的心理健康和发展意愿之间的关系,揭示了社会融合对农民工个人福利和发展的重要性。本书为定义社会融合概念提供了一些新的思路,通过实证分析对与社会融合密切相关的一些问题给予了回答,相关结论对促进农民工的社会融合具有重要的政策启示,对中国和谐社会建设具有一定的现实借鉴意义。
