农民工心理失范的现状及影响因素研究图书

[内容简介] 本书在理论层面探讨了中国社会转型背景下人口流动对两性社会角色分工的影响,以及性别失衡对两性在婚姻市场中成婚机会结构的影响。在此基础上,利用农民工调查数据,从角色冲突和婚姻挤压的视角,对不同婚姻状态下农民工心理失范的现状、性别效应的决定因素和心理失范影响因素的性别差异进行了深入分析,揭示了农民工心理失范发生的深层次结构因素,以及性别结构和社会结构对农民工心理失范性别差异的影响。

本书在理论层面探讨了中国社会转型背景下人口流动对两性社会角色分工的影响,以及性别失衡对两性在婚姻市场中成婚机会结构的影响。在此基础上,利用农民工调查数据,从角色冲突和婚姻挤压的视角,对不同婚姻状态下农民工心理失范的现状、性别效应的决定因素和心理失范影响因素的性别差异进行了深入分析,揭示了农民工心理失范发生的深层次结构因素,以及性别结构和社会结构对农民工心理失范性别差异的影响。研究结果不仅对于把握社会变迁对微观个体心理福利及性别关系的影响具有积极的意义,对促进农民工的社会融合也具有一定的价值。
