Research on Economic Activities of Real Estates in Old Babylonian
[内容简介] 《古巴比伦时期不动产经济活动研究》是西南大学历史文化学院李海峰副教授主持的国家社会科学基金项目。该成果主要采取了实证研究的方法，首次将两河流域出土的土地、房屋等不动产的买卖和租赁契约、继承契约译成中文，并进行了详尽的分析研究，探讨了古巴比伦时期不动产的买卖、租赁、继承及法律诉讼等活动。为国内研究古代西亚不动产的经济模式提供了第一手的文献资料，解决了国内长期争论的古代奴隶制国家土地私用化是否存在，以何种形式存在的问题，对创造性运用唯物主义历史观研究和分析古代社会经济形态开创了新的方向。
