中国成年人健康的分层研究图书
Social Determinants of Health of Chinese Adults at both Individual and Community Levels：A Multilevel Approach
[内容简介] 我国人口健康的发展过程越来越表现出复杂性，如城乡人口疾病模式差异显著，不同社会阶层人群的健康差异较大，不同地区之间的平均预期寿命差别显著等。这种复杂性要求我们去认识产生健康差异的社会机制，并能采取各种有效的措施实现健康公平。本研究利用中国健康营养调查（CHNS）数据，采用纵向分析方法和分层模型统计方法（HLM）研究个人特征和社区因素对成年人健康的影响机制，突破了以往仅从个人因素研究个人健康的局限，充分证明了社区环境（经济水平、贫富差距、教育氛围等）对个体健康的作用，具有重要的学术意义。该研究对于相关政府部门制定各种健康预防和健康促进措施也具有重要的参考价值。
