海洋史研究(第二辑)图书

[内容简介] 近些年来,随着海洋史研究不断拓展,诸如港口、湾区、岛屿等等海洋地理单元相继进入海洋史学者的研究视野,成为一新的趋向。去年盛夏,本中心顾问普塔克教授在中心主办的“史学前沿论坛”上提出,应该尝试从“海峡的视角”探究亚洲海峡区域独特的自然、人文、历史发展轨迹,寻求构建海峡作为人类文明交流的“海洋通道”的功能与作用的历史解释和理论模式。毫无疑问,这种“海峡本位”视角为海洋史研究开启一通向幽深的门径。我们与普塔克教授约定,分头组织中外专家撰写关于亚州海峡研究理论构想及个案研究文章。未及一年,计划变成现实,构成了本辑“海峡历史研究”专题。我们相信,这些探索能够为国际海洋史研究提供有益的启示,本刊将继续刊载此类文章,在宏观视野下推进海峡、岛域等海洋区域研究和专题研究,期待海内外学人鼎力支持。
