中国农户贫困脆弱性的测度研究图书
Study of Vulnerability Measurement for Chinese Rural Households
[内容简介] 本书在国内外学者和扶贫机构对贫困与脆弱性的最新理论研究及扶贫实践的基础上,从理论、框架、指标与政策四个层面分析中国西部山区农户的贫困与贫困脆弱性。首先,分别从贫困的静态与动态视角分析贫困与贫困脆弱性的不同形成机制,分析西部山区农户所面临的风险、所采纳的风险管理策略与贫困间的关系;其次,运用质性的分析方法分析西部山区农户贫困与脆弱性产生的原因与机制,并分别提出农户贫困与贫困脆弱性的分析框架;再次,在已有贫困与贫困脆弱性的指标基础上,分析并构建适用于中国西部山区农户的贫困与脆弱性指标,并用这些指标分析目前中国农户的贫困与贫困脆弱性现状、分布与特征;最后,利用本书的理论和实证分析结论分析中国现阶段的扶贫政策对不同贫困群体的影响。
