[内容简介] 本书从国际货币体系大视角出发,分析和评价了不同货币体系下的汇率制度安排,探讨了汇率制度中的核心问题——中长期汇率的决定理论,及其相关实证研究结果,重点介绍了牙买加体系存在的主要问题,指出,尽管现行国际货币体系对新兴经济体而言并非最优选择,但在尚未找到合理且能实现的替代方案之前,通过扬长避短、查漏补缺的方式进行改良,是新兴经济体最为经济和最为现实的选择。

本书从国际货币体系大视角出发,分析和评价了不同货币体系下的汇率制度安排,重点讨论了牙买加体系下的汇率制度安排情况。依据各国汇率的实际表现,采用定量与定性相结合的方法,对全球的汇率制度进行分类和研究,并在此基础上,进一步探讨了汇率制度中的核心问题——中长期汇率的决定理论,及其相关实证研究结果。在系统讨论完汇率制度相关内容之后,本书重新回到国际货币体系,重点介绍了牙买加体系存在的主要问题:国际社会目前既缺乏也无力改变对核心货币发行国的责权建设;美国在享受货币特权的同时也无法避免“资源的诅咒”所带来的困境。本书指出,尽管现行国际货币体系对新兴经济体而言并非最优选择,但在尚未找到合理且能实现的替代方案之前,通过扬长避短、查漏补缺的方式进行改良,是新兴经济体最为经济和最为现实的选择。
