[内容简介] 所有组织里都存在这样的现象:在结构图上属于平级关系的部门之间的地位实际上并不平等。借用美国著名人类学家华如璧的形象说法,这种现象可以被称为组织中的“兄弟并不平等”。本书通过正当性视角下对组织中的“兄弟并不平等”现象进行案例分析,探索国有企业内部职能部门地位的演化机制、正当性来源以及部门地位的特征和影响,以求认识企业内部微观层面的社会结构和制度体系,并了解什么因素在促进、维持或阻碍组织内部秩序的形成和变化。
