不断见诸报端的一系列食品安全事件,几乎震撼着每一个中国人的心灵,在人们诉求的面孔和眼神中,映射出对当前食品安全问题的关注。对于每一位富有历史责任感的食品安全治理领域的学者来讲,基于中国现实,借鉴国际经验展开学术研究,客观公正地向民众诠释清楚当前食品安全风险的危害程度、未来走势与面临的主要矛盾,提出负责任的建设性方案,无疑是十分重要的。《中国食品安全治理评论》的创刊意在客观、公正、深刻地反映我国当前食品安全治理的现状与态势,在为学界同人提供珍贵的研究资料的同时,努力构建政府、市场与社会等多主体无缝合作的食品安全风险共治的理论体系,为政府决策提供服务。
