[内容简介] 本书以2015年清华大学法学院凯原中国法治与义理研究中心主办的黄陵学术会议的论文为主要内容,讨论的问题集中在黄帝思想和廖凯原教授提出的KQID理论和轩辕文化文明2.0的社会发展战略上。本书是系统研究黄帝思想的著述,这在中国思想史上具有开拓性与独特性。尤其是廖凯原教授从自然科学和社会科学相结合的角度对黄帝思想的科学性与价值的研究,在我国学界是独一无二的。
