[内容简介] 本书开创性地构建了一套新的测度中国可持续发展的评价指标体系,这一体系包含了经济发展、社会民生、资源环境、消耗排放和治理保护五个维度,依据这一理论框架,书中对过去若干年中国国家、省以及100个大中城市的可持续发展状况进行了全面、系统的数据验证分析,并进行了排名。本书还对中国推进生态文明建设和实现可持续治理,在推进落实联合国“新的发展议程”中如何展开更加紧密的国际合作等重大问题,提出了一系列政策建议。

随着中国经济逐渐由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,包括理论界在内的社会各界对于可持续发展重要性的认识愈发深刻,对于建立一套科学而又简约的可持续发展评价指标体系的需求也愈发强烈和迫切。本报告在充分借鉴国际经验和进行国际比较分析的基础上,紧密结合中国国情和丰富实践,开创性地构建了一套新的测度中国可持续发展的评价指标体系,这一体系包含了经济发展、社会民生、资源环境、消耗排放和治理保护五个维度,依据这一理论框架,报告对过去若干年中国国家、省以及100个大中城市的可持续发展状况进行了全面、系统的数据验证分析,并进行了排名。本报告还对中国推进生态文明建设和实现可持续治理,在推进落实联合国“新的发展议程”中如何展开更加紧密的国际合作等重大问题,提出了一系列政策建议。
