[内容简介] 本书是基于对两家白色家电企业个案研究,书中利用布洛维工厂制度的基本概念,对比分析了两家企业所有制变迁背景下现代企业管理模式的推行、工资福利制度和劳动合同制度的变化以及对工人和工会的影响。作者提出,在高度市场化的白色家电产业中,工厂制度变化以及由此产生的工人和工会地位的变化,不是通常认为的所有制形式变化,而是市场化引起的。白色家电产业的全球化市场竞争,更是起了加速作用。

本书是基于对两家白色家电企业个案研究。利用布洛维工厂制度的基本概念,对比分析了两家企业所有制变迁背景下,现代企业管理模式的推行、工资福利制度和劳动合同制度的变化以及对工人和工会的影响。作者提出,在髙度市场化的白色家电产业中,工厂制度变化以及由此产生的工人和工会地位的变化,不是通常认为的所有制形式变化引起的,而是市场化引起的。白色家电产业的全球化市场竞争,更是起了加速作用。
