[内容简介] 本书运用严谨的量化方法研究了改革开放以来中国城市劳动力市场变迁背景下的社会分层。全书共三篇:一是旧制度的新变化,主要探讨户籍制、单位制、所有制等在改革与式微过程中带来的分层机制的变化;二是劳动力市场分割,聚焦于新的分割维度的出现、不同分割维度的比较以及分割证据的纵向检验;三是大学生就业分化,专门研究大学毕业生这个特殊劳动力群体的内部分化。
