当代农村家庭养老性别分工图书

[内容简介] 本文利用西安交通大学人口与发展研究所于2001年5月在安徽省巢湖市农村地区进行的“安徽老年人生活状况”抽样问卷调查和2003年11月以及2006年12月进行的两次跟踪调查数据,对农村老年人家庭养老的性别分工进行系统的实证研究。论文应用系统工程分析思路,提出中国农村家庭养老性别分工模式;在基础上,建立家庭养老性别分工分析框架;从老年父母和成年子女两个角度,分析农村老年人家庭养老性别分工现状、动态变化,及其影响后果。其结果对于增强家庭中不同性别成年子女养老的能力和意愿,强化家庭养老功能;对有针对性地保障农村老年人、尤其是老年女性的晚年福利,创造更为和谐的代际关系具有积极的指导意义。

 总序

本书利用西安交通大学人口与发展研究所于2001年5月在安徽省巢湖市农村地区进行的“安徽老年人生活福利状况”抽样问卷调查和2003年11月以及2006年12月进行的两次跟踪调查数据,对农村老年人家庭养老的性别分工进行系统的实证研究。论文应用系统工程分析思路提出中国农村家庭养老性别分工模式:在此基础上,建立家庭养老性别分工分析框架:从老年父母和成年子女两个角度,分析农村老年人家庭养老性别分工现状、动态变化及其影响后果。其结果对于增强家庭中不同性别成年子女养老的能力和意愿,强化家庭养老功能:有针对性地保障农村老年人尤其是老年女性的晚年福利,创造更为和谐的代际关系具有积极的指导意义。
