A Study on the Industrial Policy of The EU
[内容简介] 产业政策是一个其定义仍未获学术界共识的概念。但是，产业政策的实践早已存在，且形式多样。本书作者以产业政策实践形成较早且发展较为成熟的欧盟为研究对象，对欧盟产业政策从概念界定、发展历程与动向、主要内容、运行机制等方面进行了归纳分析，并以信息通信产业、纺织服装业和汽车业等三大具有代表性的产业为例，对欧盟的产业政策进行了案例研究和分析。最后，作者从基本理念价值、重视技术的创新与应用、以产品质量取胜、注重制造业发展的环境可持续性等方面总结了欧盟产业政策对中国的启示。国内关于产业政策特别是专门就欧盟产业政策进行研究的专著并不多见，因此本书对于相关领域的研究具有重要参考意义。
