[内容简介] 所谓异质企业,是指与一般企业相比,具备较高的生产率、较大的规模、较多的人力资本以及较高的技术密集度等异质性特征的企业。类似中国所称的高科技、高精尖等优秀企业,这里沿用国外对于这类优秀企业的称呼。本书以异质企业为切入点,深入研究了异质企业促进中国经济升级的主要机理和路径选择,进行了数理分析、实证分析和案例分析,提出了促进中国经济升级的企业异质化模式和相关政策建议。
