[内容简介] 在全球化和信息化的时代，传统外交从内涵到外延都发生了重大变化，政党外交的蓬勃发展正是外交领域发生重大变革的反映。在这一背景下，本书试图从政党外交这个角度，运用文献研究、案例研究、比较研究以及历史分析等研究方法，把政党政治与国际政治、外交学等理论相结合，全面回顾和系统梳理了中国共产党成立至今对外交往的历程和经验，对中国共产党政党外交规律进行总结提炼并对政党外交理论进行了深化研究。
