[内容简介] 全球气候正义要回答的核心问题是:在温室气体排放空间有限且各方对应得多少有不同诉求的环境下,找出一组合理的道德原则来界定各自的权利和义务,并决定每个人和每个国家应得多少排放空间以及承担多少减排成本。一个正义的全球排放协议不仅要关注发达国家与发展中国家之间现有排放量上的相对差异,更要关注发达国家与发展中国家在发展程度上的更为宽泛的全球差异。全球气候治理的道德反思要为国际社会的气候谈判和气候合作,进而为任何一种可接受的全球气候协议提供道德上的依据并为之辩护。

 内容提要

全球气候正义要回答的核心问题是:在温室气体排放空间有限且各方对应得多少有不同诉求的环境下,找出一组合理的道德原则来界定各自的权利和义务,并决定每个人和每个国家应得多少排放空间以及承担多少减排成本。一个正义的全球排放协议不仅要关注发达国家与发展中国家之间现有排放量上的相对差异,更要关注发达国家与发展中国家在发展程度上的更为宽泛的全球差异。正是这种差异构成了某种道德相关性,并进而为在减排成本和义务的分配中采取“区别对待”的原则提供了道德上的理由。全球气候治理的道德反思不是要去提出一种可操作的全球气候治理方案,而是要为国际社会的气候谈判和气候合作,进而为任何一种可接受的全球气候协议提供道德上的依据并为之辩护。
