[内容简介] 本书作者曾经先后在中央书记处研究室、国家信息中心、国家发展和改革委员会、中央政策研究室、中国国际经济交流中心工作,从事经济研究工作三十余年,主要从事宏观经济理论和经济政策研究工作,参加了中央一系列重要文件的起草工作。 本书是作者1990-2010年期间在《人民日报》、《求是》杂志等报刊发表文章和内部研究报告的集锦,其中主要是近十年公开发表的文章,包括社会主义市场经济体制改革、科学发展观、经济发展方式转变、自主创新、经济结构调整等方面的内容,涵盖了作者在此期间所提出的代表性观点。通过阅读本书,读者可以对近20年中国经济发展和宏观经济政策变化的情况有清晰的了解。
